Dashboard node status shows wrong service count

Description

The display of node status in the GWT dashboard is not correct. It just shows 1 of 1 outage but the node has 3 services. The display should be 1 of 3 services have an outage.

This issues fixes also the bug showing the status of nodes in the "Outage" box. The brocken version doesn't show nodes without outages in the "Outage" box.
