queued creates its own category for loggings

Description

Queued still has references to the old logging category.

In opennms-base-assembly/src/main/filtered/etc/rrd-configuration.properties, commented out property org.opennms.rrd.queuing.category has value OpenNMS.Queued

In opennms-rrd/opennms-rrd-api/src/main/java/org/opennms/netmgt/rrd/QueuingRrdStrategy.java, there is a mention about OpenNMS.Queued as the logging category.

In opennms-rrd/opennms-rrd-api/src/main/resources/org/opennms/netmgt/rrd/rrd-configuration.xml, property org.opennms.rrd.queuing.category is set to OpenNMS.Queued.

All of these should be changed to queued to match whats being used inside log4j2.xml.
