ClassCastException in BSFNotificationStrategy

Description

A ClassCastException is thrown when trying to send a notification using the BSFNotificationStrategy.

This is a regression caused by https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/commit/39f55bbac0973871f9259ad56d341406dff5e25b.

On further inspection, it appears as though the OnmsNode object wasn't populated properly.

obj.retrieveParams() is called after retrieving the node id parameter, so this value may reflect the one used for the last notification.
