The global variable org.opennms.rrd.queuing.category is set to OpenNMS.Queued and should be queued

Description

I figured out that some Queued log messages are written into OpenNMS.Queued.log instead of queued.log, and the reason is because in rrd-configuration.properties and opennms-rrd/opennms-rrd-api/src/main/resources/org/opennms/netmgt/rrd/rrd-configuration.xml the default value is OpenNMS.Queued.
