Improve drill down workflow for SLA categories on start page

Description

If you click on the name of a SLA category on the start page you will be redirected to a page which shows by default only nodes with a node availability less than 100%. It would be more intuitive to display the list of all nodes in this SLA category.

Great idea. It would also be good, if we have multiple layers there. For example:
On Startpage, you have categories multiple countries. If you click on a country, you see all regions, if you click on a region, you see cities, and so on...

It's a good idea. Maybe a configuration part in viewsdisplay.xml to set the default behaviour for every section ( all / with outages / with<100%)
