This issue sums up issues NMS-7668 and NMS-7669.

The idea is to change the links of the SLA categories on the start page.

The changes are as follows:

• A click on the category name on the start page jumps to all : http://localhost:8980/opennms/rtc/category.jsp?category=Network+Interfaces&showoutages=all

• A click on the numbers (x of y) on the start page jumps to With outages : http://localhost:8980/opennms/rtc/category.jsp?category=Network+Interfaces&showoutages=outages

• a click on the availability (%) on the start page jumps to With availability less than 100% : http://localhost:8980/opennms/rtc/category.jsp?category=Network+Interfaces&showoutages=avail
