Default log4j2.xml has duplicate syslogd appender, missing statsd entries

This is fixed in foundation (24fdb89be56039531b0383f8df7933b563c8db45) but somehow not in develop.

This looks like it was caused by an incomplete merge from the fix for . I merged the changes into the release-17.0.0 branch for inclusion in OpenNMS 17. Marking as fixed.
