Replace the X with back button in the Angular provisioning WebUI

Description

The "X" as return is a misleading the back function in the WebUI. I would suggest to add a back arrow like in a browser for going back.

Actually, it works very nice!

I'll create a PR soon for develop (because the solution for Meridian 2016 would be very different, as all JavaScript/Template files for the Requisitions UI are located on different places, and the content itself was changed).

If this is also required for Meridian 2016 I can create a custom patch for Meridian itself.

Sounds reasonable, but I never used fontawesome and bootstrap at the same time, so I have to do some experiments to see if that can be rendered like glyphicons.
