Provide link for Microsoft RDP connections

Description

Provide a link for Microsoft RDP service with rdp:// similar as telnet:// and ssh:// based on the service name "MS-RDP".

somebody on IRC mentioned it would be helpful to have a link for Microsoft RDP on the node page similar like the ssh:// or telnet://. Extend the node page with an RDP link to allow quick access to the Windows box if Microsoft Remote Desktop is enabled.

To support the rdp:// protocol a Firefox URL plugin like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ipprotocols/ can be used.

For the reason I’m not sure if detector + monitor make sense in a default configuration, the pull request is splittet in three commits.

1: Just add a link on the node page rdp://<first-ip-with-MS-RDP-service>
2: Add a default TCP detector for MS-RDP on port 3389
3: Add a default TCP monitor for MS-RDP on port 3389
