Add all the services declared on Collectd and Pollerd configuration as available services on /opennms/rest/foreignSourceConfig/services

Description

By default, the new requisitions UI is going to show the same set of services displayed on the old requisition.

This list is built based on the default foreign source and the custom foreign source definition associated with the requisition if exist.

The idea is enhance that list with everything that is available on poller-configuration.xml and collectd-configuration.xml
