Component "map-container" shows up twice in some circumstances

Description

When a new topology provider is registered while the Topology Map is already open, the main map component (with id "map-container") is added twice.

Seems to be fixed already.

I investigated this, but I have no idea why the container shows up twice.
Looks like a vaadin bug to me. Requires further investigation.
