PassiveStatusd

Description

As an OpenNMS administrator I want to know which configuration files are related to PassiveStatusd and is a restart, daemon reload event or is a change in a configuration applied immediately.

Documentation:

Add to Reference>Daemons section. Follow template for daemons.
