If I decide to resize the browser window while viewing topology. A fairly minor resize causes the topology app to refresh at least 5 times and usually more like 10. If I resize the browser window significantly, such as smaller, bigger, smaller, just right then I've seen this to cause as many as 40+ refreshes.
