ClassNotFoundException lombok.javac.apt.Processor while compiling Jasper Reports

While ./assemble.pl is processing the jasper reports the following Exception occurs:

This was fixed when JasperReports was updated to 6.3.0 in .

I updated the maven-compile-plugin to 3.5.1 in foundation-2016 and the errors still occur:

I found this: https://github.com/rzwitserloot/lombok/issues/826
Maybe updating the maven-compile-plugin fixes the problem.
