Database reports are emailed to a provisioned email address even though the "Email report" check box is unchecked.

1) Navigate to Reports -> Database Reports -> List reports.
2) Select the second button beside any of the reports.
3) Click on the Proceed button at the bottom of the page (use the default time period).
4) Provision an email address but leave the "Email report" check box unchecked.
5) Check the "Save report" check box then click on Proceed
