Replace GWT with Angular: remove GWT projects and CoreWeb

Description

gwt-graph-resource-list won't be required anymore as soon as the choose resources page and the KSC wizard is migrated to AngularJS.

The GWT Dashboard is deprecated, as the current WebUI is pointing to the new implementation based on Vaadin. For this reason, the opennms-webapp/src/main/java/org/opennms/dashboard directory should be removed.
