Deleting monitoring locations does not refresh the view

Description

When you try to delete a Monitoring Location the view is not refreshed and the deleted location is still there. You have to manually refresh the website to get current view. See https://goo.gl/kSMQcm

I've seen this happen before too, but I can't reproduce it in 19.0.1. May be a timing issues.
