Capture Minion karaf.log during Docker smoke tests

Description

We're missing the Minion's karaf.log file from Docker smoke test runs which makes it difficult to diagnose failures inside OSGi in bamboo.

Fixed in `opennms-system-test-api` master. Your next run should expose the karaf logs in `target/overlays/*/minion-karaf-logs/`
