SNMP web configurator does not allow zero retries

Description

While trying to configure an SNMP agent for a long timeout and zero retries, I got this Javascript popup dialog:

0 is not a valid Retry Count. Please enter a number greater than 0 or leave it empty.

Zero is actually a valid value here. I've used it many times when hand-editing the files. It should be allowed in the web as well.
