Resource graph forecast page lacks header

Description

Upon clicking the trend-line icon from a resource graph rendering to get into the forecasting interface, the header disappears from the web UI. Breadcrumbs, logo, and all menus are now missing (screenshot coming).

The graph/forecast.jsp page has the quiet mode enabled, as well as breadcrumbs disabled. That's why they are not displayed. The solution, of course, is removing those restrictions, I mean:
