wsdl2java in features/ticketing/remedy is causing build failures

Description

The wsdl2java plugin is causing build failures because it is "downloading" WSDL files from a file:// URL. The filenames that it is using for the downloaded files are exceeding the path size.

I think we can just remove the URLs and the WSDL files will still be processed since they are in the default path (src/main/wsdl).
