Cleanup and remove Castor related dependencies

Description

Once all the XSDs have been migrated, we should be able to remove all the Castor related dependencies and plugins.

I've actually made an additional branch to remove other references to castor stuff. Unfortunately we can't get rid of castor completely, as JasperReports uses it, but I'm working on updating it to use the latest version at least.
