The location field is intended to be used only for environments backed by Minions. For this reason, the content of the location field should be based on an existing location. Otherwise, this could lead to problems.

Also we should either rename the field label on the UI to be something like "Minion Location", and/or add a small description under the field to let the user know that this is intended for Minion use only.
