Can't install OpenNMS caused by libopennms-java dependency problems

Description

When I try to install OpenNMS on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS minimal server from official OpenNMS repository gives the following error message:

Well yeah, java dependencies are entirely different on Debian vs. Centos.

I've updated the oracle java package in the debian, and probably should update the one in the yum side as well.

None of this is in the release notes because it has nothing to do with an "opennms" release at all, it's completely unrelated. Just like we don't talk about "glibc" in the release notes.

It just so happens that the URL the oracle-java package points to broke, because Oracle broke it.

Have we changed this in the default opennms package and since which version? Haven't found a hint in the Release Notes. If it is not there we should add something. What do you think?

The funny thing, it behaves differently on CentOS and installs the following Oracle Java:

java -version java version "1.8.0_112" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_112-b15) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.112-b15, mixed mode)

It looks like the oracle-java8-installer package is failing to install, I don't believe that something we provide though.
