%interface% & %interfaceresolve% variables do not resolve values in notifications

Description

As you can see, %interface% does not resolve an interface.

It's the same with %interfaceresolve%. I already tested the DNS resolution using the Karaf shell. The resolution works there.

The described behaviour is correct. %interface% and %interfaceresolve% only works with interfaceDown event because then there is a direct relation to the corresponding interface.
