Broken link to "Standalone HTTPS with Jetty" in documentation.

Description

The link to "Standalone HTTPS with Jetty" from meridian.opennms.com (tested with latest M2019) and docs.opennms.org (tested with the latest Horizon) is broken.

If I highlight the link, it points to www.opennms.org/wiki/Standalone_HTTPS_with_Jetty, but after a click on it, the browser redirects you to www.opennms.com for some reason, and I cannot find a reference to it anymore in wiki.opennms.org.

As mentioned in the Write the Docs channel in Mettermost, here is the information that was removed from the wiki:

https://opennms.discourse.group/t/how-to-setup-ssl-with-jetty/1084

Although, as mentioned to the customer who made me found this problem, and as an easy alternative, this is how I would do it:

https://opennms.discourse.group/t/how-to-use-nginx-as-ssl-proxy-with-opennms-horizon/208
