Deprecate wiki to public, make internal only

Description

Identified during documentation planning meeting 20/10/21.

The Wiki is not maintained, and a lot of content is wrong/out-of-date. Content that is still valid should be migrated to the product documentation or moved to Discourse.

This epic captures tasks needed to deprecate the Wiki, including tracking Wiki content that has been migrated as a result of .

The wiki has been "shut down". It is no longer publicly accessible and https://wiki.opennms.org now redirects to the docs.
 
It can be accessed in a new location and requires SSO to view: https://internal.opennms.com/wiki
