Formalize support for RHEL 9 and its derivatives

Description

This epic houses issues related to formalizing our support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 and its popular derivatives.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

Acceptance

  • Stable repo for RHEL 9 is created

  • Stable repo for RHEL 9 is linked from front of yum.opennms.org

  • Installation instructions are verified, and compatibility test suite is run, on the following platforms:

    • RHEL 9 / x86_64, latest updates applied

    • Oracle Linux 9 / x86_64, latest updates applied

    • AlmaLinux 9 / x86_64, latest updates applied

  • Documentation is updated to reflect official support for the platforms listed above

Yeah I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for all three. They’re all built on the same bits and the only thing that really cares very much what the OS is is the jicmp/jicmp6/jrrd libraries.

Hi , it should work for all products, however, it was tested only for Horizon. do you have any input on this matter?
