Add a CLI mechanism to set the admin password

Description

I would like to not have a hack like this in onms-k8s-poc: . It’s used in the init container every time the OpenNMS container restarts at to ensure that the admin password is always set to what is configured in the Helm chart’s values so that later activities that hit the REST interface will be sure to work:

Maybe add an option to the installer to set the admin password?
