Page footer missing from Feather / Vue UIs

Description

UI pages rendered with the OG UI stack all render a footer which includes the copyright date and release version:

UI pages rendered with the new Feather / Vue stack do not render an equivalent footer. The Device Configs, External Requisitions, Logs, and Secure Credentials Vault pages are all examples of the new stack.

Acceptance

  • Feather / Vue UI pages render a page footer that is substantially identical to the one rendered in the OG pages.
