Poor contrast in navigation menu of OG UI

Description

With the visual differentiation changes applied to its UI, the OG UI pages in Meridian 2023 suffer from some significant low-contrast problems. The entire navigation menu, as well as the clock and some other elements in the header, is in a color that is mostly illegible on the light-blue background.

This problem does not carry over to the Feather / Vue UI pages.
