OG and Feather nav-bars use same chromatic black

Description

The old-school and Feather nav-bars should use the same "chromatic black" background color. Which one we use is less important than having them match.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

  • The OG and Feather nav-bars use the same "chromatic black" background color

  • Marketing consulted before deciding which one to use

    • PM favors the one already in use in the Feather nav-bar, but Marketing may override given their vested stake in the visual identity reflected in the OG nav-bar
