Poll Status History: Add RRD graph definitions for all services in a default poller-configuration.xml

Description

The current behavior allows to enable the Poll Status History for services. In future, we want it to be enabled by default for all services and allow it to disable for services on demand. See the original PR for the current behavior:

We need to add RRD graph definitions for all services defined in a default poller-configuration.xml.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

  • RRD graphs are available for all services in a default poller-configuration.xml.
