Meridian Minion 2023 and 2022 installation docs for RHEL 8/9 use the repo URL for 2021/rhel8

Description

The installation instructions for meridian minion 2022 and 2023 for RHEL 8 (2022) and RHEL 8/9 (2023) reference the 2021 repo. Furthermore, while a separate rhel9 repo exists for 2023, it is not noted to update the URL to use it instead of the rhel8 repo when installing on rhel9.

 

While the rhel8 package installs, it fails to enable since /etc/init.d doesn’t exist anymore.
