Metadata DSL: Notification Credentials

Description

Various credentials are stored in the OpenNMS configuration files. This issue covers the work for the Notification-related configurations:

  • javamail-configuration.xml

  • javamail-configuration.properties

  • microblog-configuration.xml

  • xmpp-configuration.properties

Goal is to allow the use of metadata DSL in the credential fields, so secrets can also be stored in SCV.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

  • Credentials are interpolated by the Metadata DSL, so credentials can be also stored in SCV.

  • Documentation at least notes the possibility to use meta-data DSL.
