Cortex-tss-plugin 2.0.1 does not work on v32

Description

The cortex-tss plugin on v32.0.2 gives errors when starting the plugin and does not write any data.

See attached karaf.log file

Note: I actually tested with plugin 2.0.2, but it reports itself as 2.0.1.

FYI, this was technically fixed over in the cortex TSS plugin, but I’m marking it as “fixed “ in Meridian 2023.1.7 and Horizon 32.0.3, just so people know to upgrade it from the release notes, and the new version should get included in the 32 docker image.

The 2.0.3 version released to github should load and launch properly now. I tested it on both `foundation-2023` and `release-32.x`. Marking as fixed.

I’m able to see data persisting into cortex with the artifact linked.

So I did some dependency cleanup in the cortex plugin, as well as enabling Dependabot to do some updates, and with these changes I’m able to install the plugin (and feature) on both the latest foundation-2023 and release-32.x branches.

can you confirm? I went ahead and made a 2.0.3 release with these changes, so you can try it with this kar file.
