RSS Feeds Panel showing OpenNMS Blog content

Description

As part of keeping our user base updated with interesting OpenNMS product, security and product usage examples we would like to have an RSS panel on the main screen of the OpenNMS UI to pull RSS feed content from our blog. The initial draft of this is articulated on the following confluence page.
