Geo map: Display different colors on map base on alarm severity

Description

Marker on map should display different colors base on the alarm severity. 

Acceptance / Success Criteria

The colors should be the same/similar with how the existing OpenNMS does.

Work has been done and integrated with ui-foundation in https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/pull/3899

Resolve the issue like changes are not reflecting on map.

Debug the code, getting expected data still changes were not reflecting on map.

Implemented the marker color functionality but color marker was not reflecting on map.

I added new node with 3 different services as Chandra suggested, Now I am getting expected data from Alarm service.
