Investigate where/how to store. Talk to Tsaas, Cloud team, etc.

• We have some service (maybe in Azure cloud) that can accept this information.

• We have made the service secure enough that it will reject information from non-openNMS systems.  (Bear in mind OpeNNMS is open source and others will find it easy to modify, if they really wanted to harm us).

Done Criteria:

• We have identified the definite location for the data we are going to be storing.

• We understand the technology and have an idea on how to send the data.
